We recently severed our relationship with Expedia and Hotels.com
due to horrendous customer service and serious difficulties
they caused to our guests. As a result, they unilaterally canceled (or
are in the
process of canceling) all upcoming reservations at the
Luna Blue made via their websites.
Their websites continue to list our hotel but with an indication
that we have no availability whatsoever. They have been
telling our guests that the hotel is going out of business. These statements are completely untrue.
If you receive a cancellation notice from either of these companies and still wish to stay at the Luna Blue, you may 1) cancel your reservation with these companies and receive a full refund;
and 2) book directly with the Luna Blue Hotel via our website.
We will not only honor your reservation but will give you an additional 10% discount for the
trouble caused by our former hotel partners. We thank you for your continued support of privately-owned small businesses such as ours. |
