Terms and Conditions
Rates: All rates are in US dollars. Rates do not
include 14% IVA/Hospitality tax and are based on single or double occupancy.
Room rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. Sale
rates and/or seasonal promotions apply to new reservations only. Adjustments in tax rates are subject to Mexican law and will be applied
accordingly. All credit card transactions are processed in the US, and therefore US credit cards incur no foreign transaction fees.
Additional Adults: Additional adults
per room are $10.00 per person per night.
Children:
As we are a adults-only hotel, we welcome only children ages 14 and up. No more than two children under
the age of 18 allowed per room. No children under the age of 18 allowed
to occupy a room without a parent in the same room.
Minimum
Stay: There is a three night minimum for advance reservations. There
is a seven night minimum during Holiday season and a four night minimum
during Thanksgiving week (November 25-30, 2013) and Easter week (March 29-April 4, 2013).
However, please inquire about shorter stays, as
we can often accommodate short stays in between longer ones.
Cancellation Policy:
For reservations which
fall during the High and Low seasons: Notifications of cancellation
(partial or full), date changes, room type changes, or any reductive
changes to the overall value of the stay must be received by the
hotel in writing (via email) 30 or more days before the arrival date
in order to receive a refund of monies previously deposited, less a
$25.00 processing fee.
For reservations which
fall in part or in full during the Holiday season (December 20, 2013-January
5, 2014): Notifications of cancellation (partial or full),
date changes, room type changes, or any reductive changes to the overall
value of the stay must be received by the hotel in writing (via
email) on or before November 1 to receive a refund of monies previously
deposited, less a $25.00 processing fee.
Notifications
of cancellation (partial or full), date changes, room type
changes, or any reductive changes to the overall value of the stay received
by the hotel less than 30 days before the arrival date for High or Low
season stays or after November 1 for Holiday season stays shall
result in a forfeiture of deposit in the case of a full cancellation,
and an obligation to pay the entire sum due for all nights previously
reserved in the case of a partial cancellation. No refunds will be made
for early checkout, regardless of reason. We recommend travel insurance
to all our guests to protect against unforeseen changes in travel plans,
including weather or natural disaster issues.

MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card.
There are no hidden fees or surcharges at the Luna Blue. We
don't believe in that sort of thing. |
