Terms and Conditions
Rates: All rates are in US dollars. Rates do
not include 12% IVA/Hospitality tax and are based on single or double
occupancy. Prices are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
Additional Adults: Additional adults per room
are $10.00 per person per night. Children: We
welcome children ages 14 and up. No more than two children under the
age of 18 allowed per room. No children under the age of 18 allowed
to occupy a room without a parent in the same room.
Minimum Stay: There is a three night minimum for advance reservations.
Friday and Saturday nights must be reserved together during high season.
There is a seven night minimum during holiday season and a four night
minimum Thanksgiving week (November 20-29, 2009) and Easter week (April
10-17, 2009). However, please inquire about shorter stays, as we can
often accommodate short stays in between longer ones.
Cancellation Policy: For reservations which fall
during the Winter/Spring and Summer/Fall seasons: To receive
a refund of monies previously deposited, notifications of cancellation
(partial or full), date changes, room type changes, or any reductive
changes to the overall value of the stay must be received by the
hotel in writing (via email) 30 or more days before the arrival date.
Such notifications will result in a $25.00 processing fee.
For reservations which fall in part or in full during
the Holiday Season (December 18, 2009-January 4, 2010): To
receive a refund of monies previously deposited, notifications of
cancellation partial or full), date changes, room type changes, or
any reductive changes to the overall value of the stay must be
received by the hotel in writing (via email) on or before November
1. Such notifications will result in a $25.00 processing fee.
Notifications of cancellation (partial

than 30 days before the arrival date for Winter/Spring or Summer/Fall
season stays or after November 1 for reservations during the Holiday
Season shall result in a forfeiture of deposit in the case
of a full cancellation, and an obligation to pay the entire sum due
for all nights previously reserved in the case of a partial cancellation.
No refunds will be made for early checkout, regardless of reason.
We recommend travel insurance to all our guests to protect against
unforeseen changes in travel plans, including weather or natural disaster
